At our front desk our process begins with the taking down of you basic information like automobiles make, model & year. We also will take down your name and contact information. We will go outside to our parking lot to assess the damaged hands on and then have you come back inside for the buildup of your quote. At this time we will give you your repair options, insurance instructions, and time frame for your vehicles repair. We hope you choose us for the service but you can feel free to take our quote to any insurance adjuster yourself.
2# Vehicle Drop Off
We are so happy that you decided to use our services! We will need you to remove any belongings that you will need during the repair time frame from your vehicle. When are satisfied that you have your stuff come inside and we will need to take your keys. All our keys are labeled and kept in a safe location. We can also help assist you with finding a rental car and even working with your insurance to get it covered if your policy allows for it. We offer you to sign up for text based status updates or we can give you a call when we expect your automobile to be finished

Now the real work begins. We tear down your vehicle to see which parts have been damaged and get the order in for the replacement parts. In some cases we can get replacement parts quickly in other cases we have to order direct from auto manufacturers to get your body panels which can take some time. All findings are submitted to your insurance to make sure that besides your automobile being repaired quickly it is repaired completely! Mike, our owner, checks every job himself. With his 35 years of experience your vehicle could not be in better hands during this step. We also can take care of quarter panels, bumpers, hoods, roofs, windshield damage, and hail damage. After we receive your replacement parts we get right to work on repairing your vehicle to its original glory. Once we have your automobile assembled and full intact it is time for an equally important part of our process paint and polishing.

Our Paint crew is the best in the business! We have computer aided state of the art mixing machines and paint booths that our technicians have years of experiences working with in order to restore your car to a factory state. Mario, our owner, inspects every car that leaves the shop for the quality of the paint work.
